You often prepare an offer after a customer meeting or on request by e-mail, telephone or fax. In order to provide a good estimate of the effort involved, a detailed customer meeting is important. In desk4, you first create a customer via customer management or select a customer from your existing customer base. By selecting product articles or service articles, you create the complete document in your cloud merchandise management. Special conditions as well as discounts and basic payment modalities such as payment by instalments, prepayment, purchase on account are also recorded.
Additional offer functions
Title text, title total, subtotal, separator and own text make your offer more coherent and clear for your customer. When saving, the offer is generated and prepared for printing or sending by e-mail. You can now simply send a quotation as a PDF. The offer number and further information is automatically included in the subject of the email. By selecting a created text template, an additional cover letter can be included in the email.
